Mavis holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Security Risk Analysis and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Before co-founding Avi Professional Services, Mavis worked for several prominent staffing firms, where she built a reputation for excellence in recruitment and customer service. As an owner/partner at Avi Professional Services, Mavis is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish. 

She works closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and then identifies and screens top talent to fill those positions. Mavis is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results quickly and efficiently.
